How do I get started? How to enquire?

To enquire, firstly view our available props in our Prop Shop, add them to cart and submit a quote request. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote or further information.

What happens to my order after I submit?

Once the quote request is submitted, we will review availability. A booking is locked in once a payment is made. Submitting a quote does not guarantee a booking. We operate on a first come first serve policy.

Do you provide delivery or pickup?

Yes. We offer pickup from our location which would be provided once the order is locked in with a payment. Delivery is also available and the charge varies depending on the location of the event. We know event planning can be stressful. This is why we usually offer pickup/delivery the day before the event and pickup/drop off the day after the event for your convenience.
